Technical Skills: Experience using MS-Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker, Epic Editor
Knowledge of XML and / or HTML desirable
Familiarity with software applications and UI-based applications
Knowledge of telecom, software technology, programming languages
Responsibilities: You would be responsible for handling documentation for varied client projects. You would work with leading IT giants in the software, telecom, engineering and automation domain, generating technical and user documentation for their various products and services. You would be responsible, either solely or as part of a team, for maintaining and updating documents as well as generating new documentation for various applications.
Other Skills:
Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience with User Documentation, Online Help, System Guides and Technical Specifications
Strong interest in software technology
Strong process orientation and ability to understand and flollow processes
Strong customer focus and end-user perspective
Self-confidence and ability to an effective interface of Citec at client-site
Qualifications: 2 to 4years experience writing positions
Graduate/Post-graduate with strong technical aptitude and good academic record
past experience in software/technical documentation would be an added advantage.
